I've come to understand that most Women know the tactics of leadership in their heads and on paper. But the stepping out, speaking up, and claiming space as an expert can feel utterly... terrifying.
Why is that? How can I turn it around. What would happen if I gave Women an experience of being heard that was thrilling, somatic, and ever-lasting? This was my obsession.
In 2017, I circled up with 8 Women to see if it would work. I called it Rockstar Camp.
While none of them were trained singers or musicians, the experience didn’t just unlock doors - it exploded them forever. They became unstoppable.
